What to email us about

Pre-sales questions

Which license do I need? Will it work with my broker, prop firm, or specific MT4 build? Send a quick description of your setup — we will tell you the right product before you buy.

Technical support

Setup help, EA compatibility, symbol mapping, latency tuning, MT4-to-MT5 mode translation. Include screenshots of the copier and broker terminals when relevant.

License & activation

Hardware-ID resets after a PC change, missing license email, refund requests within the trial period. Send the order number from your purchase confirmation.

Prop-firm setup

Need the copier to comply with a specific prop firm’s rule book (FTMO, FundedNext, The Funded Trader, etc.)? Send the firm name and account size — we will confirm what works.

Custom builds

Multi-account installations, FIX-API integration questions, money-manager setups for 50+ receivers. Describe the use case and we will scope it.

Bug reports

Anything that does not behave as documented. Include copier version, OS, broker server name, and a log file from %AppData%\HFT Forex Copier\logs.

Reply time. European business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 CET): typically under 4 hours. Weekends and holidays: within 24 hours. Urgent issues during weekend trading? Mark the email subject with URGENT and we prioritise.
